Curious

An ex, you know he is messing around with someone. Invites you over, or maybe you invited yourself over. That part was never important , all that matter is, you're there. You guys have a great night, like you always do. The playing with his child, the talking, the cuddling. It's getting late, time for bed, past bed time actually. It's almost time for you get up for work. You feel this constant vibration, it makes its way up to you ears. You can hear the fingers tapping on the phone. You feel something get up and come back. He comes back and his phone ticking, you would have thought the phone was going to blow up. "Answer the phone", you told him,"maybe something is wrong." That's what he did, "hey, you ok?" He asked.

He started having a conversation with her, you told him,"I said check on her, not see if she washed her ass." He set there and lied, said he been sleep. That lie made her ask him, "have you ever cheated on me?" He told her the truth and said, "yes." You've ever been too hurt, to be hurt?

He got a text, she told him she was on the way. The girl that's already been at his house, told him "send me home." He told her he's ready to loose the girlfriend, if you stayed with him.

You couldn't. You knew it would end up the same way.

But she stayed with him... She wonders, does he ever still think of her?
